Control Systems Engineer

Do you have experience designing PLC control systems with Siemens or Allan Bradley? And good electrical engineering skills and experience of Eplan? This could be the role for you! Manufacturing Futures are supporting an automation-focused engineering business in their search for a Controls Engineer. This role is well suited to an Electrical or Electronic Engineering graduate, or an early-career Controls Engineer, looking to develop a long-term career within industrial automation and control systems. As a Controls Engineer, you will join a supportive and technically strong team with an excellent reputation for training and development. The successful Controls Engineer will work on a range of standard and bespoke automated systems, gaining exposure to electrical design, control systems and project delivery under the guidance of experienced engineers. Controls Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - Automation / Electrical / Controls Design electrical and electronic control systems for automated machinery Produce electrical schematics and system drawings using CAD software Support PLC, HMI and automation programming activities Create BOMs and supporting technical documentation Work on assigned projects with guidance from a senior engineer or mentor Assist with technical queries and problem-solving within the engineering team Investigate and evaluate new automation technologies Controls Engineer - Skills and Experience - Automation / Electrical / Controls Degree, HNC/HND or ..... full job details .....
