Due to internal changes and off the back of continued success, our client is seeking an experienced Control Systems Development Engineer to make their manufacturing operations smarter, faster, and more reliable. Your responsibilities will include: As a Control Systems Development Engineer, you will be responsible for upgrading legacy equipment, driving automation, and improving plant performance. You will: Upgrade legacy control systems and electrical panels to bring older equipment up to modern standards. Program robots to automate manual manufacturing processes. Build digital machine monitoring systems and dashboards to turn shop-floor data into actionable decisions. Lead root cause investigations using methodologies like FMEA and 5 Whys to fix underlying equipment failures. Design backup and bypass solutions to maintain continuous production flow.
