Jackson Hogg is delighted to be working with a leading offshore subsea engineering business which delivers offshore equipment to clients worldwide. It is a very exciting time to join this progressive team, as they are expanding their offices and looking to bring an experienced Controls Engineer that will work on their fast-paced, leading projects.-

Control System Engineer Key Responsibilities

Design control system circuits and documentation.
Develop PLC, HMI/SCADA systems and software.
Configure and commission inverter drives.
Checks and approves electrical schematics and calculations.
Review designs against DNV and/or other standards.
Contribute to sales proposals.
Liaise with suppliers.

Control System Engineer Key Requirements

Experience in designing and commissioning safety automation and control systems for marine and/or hazardous environments.
Experience in PLC programming.
On-site commissioning and fault-finding experience.
Siemens TIA Portal experience.
Experience with DNV certification (optional).
Experience with SIL (optional).
