Control Room Team Manager

You will take ownership of the Control Room operation, ensuring the smooth flow of orders, effective team leadership and excellent customer service. Working closely with operational teams and key stakeholders across the site, you''ll play a vital role in driving performance, developing colleagues and ensuring the operation delivers against challenging service and efficiency targets. This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 from 7 - 14:00 to 22:00.
