      <description>Location: Norwich | Salary: 60000.00-60000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Control and Instrumentation Engineer to join a leading specialist manufacturer in Norfolk. This role is ideal for an experienced CandI Engineer looking to work within a technically advanced process manufacturing environment, supporting the reliability, safety and continuous improvement of complex production facilities. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance and optimisation of control and instrumentation systems across multiple process plants. Working closely with production and engineering teams, the role will focus on improving plant performance, supporting automation projects and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities  Design, develop and maintain control and instrumentation systems. Test, fault-find and modify existing PLC, SCADA and DCS systems. Develop and implement control system improvements to optimise plant performance. Support automation, continuous improvement and capital project activities.
