Control & Instrumentation Engineer

Talentmark are currently recruiting for a Control and- Instrumentation Engineer to join a well-established Glass Manufacturing organisation-based in Ormskirk, West Lancashire on a permanent basis.- -

This is a great opportunity to join-the Architectural Engineering team who cover all aspects of projects from feasibility, specification, design and procurement to installation and commissioning. -

Salary: Competitive package based on experience, including 25 days'' holiday plus bank holidays, pension and more. -

Location: The ideal candidate will be located in Ormskirk or surrounding areas. -

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver control and instrumentation engineering projects from design through commissioning.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings and project documentation.
• Manage equipment procurement, installation and contractor activities.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget and schedule requirements.
• Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement.

- Your Background: -

• Degree (minimum 2:1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards CEng Status.
• Experience in control systems, instrumentation and project delivery.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational-skills.
