Contract Supervisor - HVAC / Air Conditioning Location: London / Mobile (All within M25) Salary: Up to 58K plus vehicle/fuel card and package An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Supervisor to join an established HVAC and building services operation in London. This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone with a strong Air Conditioning / HVAC engineering background, who is confident dealing with engineers, clients, subcontractors and site-level technical issues. The Role As Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing engineers and apprentices across a range of planned and reactive HVAC works. Key responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting engineers and apprentices across allocated contractsEnsuring reactive call-outs are progressed and completed on timeProviding technical assistance and fault-finding support to engineersEnsuring PPM works are completed in accordance with SFG20 and HVAC standardsCarrying out site audits and identifying remedial worksAuditing and maintaining site logbooks and plant-room recordsLiaising with Contract Managers, Helpdesk Coordinators, clients, building managers and tenantsEnsuring RAMS, quotations and reports are completed and issued on timeEnsuring compliance with F-Gas regulationsManaging technical issues on site and helping achieve first-time fixesMaintaining excellent customer relationships and high standards of workmanshipThe successful candidate will ideally have: Strong experience ..... full job details .....
