We are seeking an experienced-Contracts Supervisor-to oversee reactive maintenance and voids contracts across Berwickshire and Haddington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company with a strong pipeline of long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate teams delivering reactive maintenance and void property works
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and subcontractors to ensure excellent service delivery
• Manage schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing, maintenance, or construction
• Strong knowledge of reactive maintenance and voids processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Full UK driving licence
