The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage, coordinate and supervise planned works and repairs within agreed timescales, budgets, and KPIsOversee operatives and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and efficient resource utilisationLiaise with clients to provide accurate estimates, manage variations, and maintain strong working relationshipsConduct site visits, inspections, surveys, and attend pre-start and progress meetingsMonitor and ensure compliance with contract requirements and escalation proceduresDeputise for the Field Operations Manager when requiredEnsure all works meet health and safety standards and statutory regulationsIdentify defects and ensure corrective actions are completed promptlyMaintain accurate records in line with quality management systemsManage staff performance, attendance, and support ..... full job details .....
