My client a leading Scaffolding contractor have an opening for a Contracts Supervisor to join their expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating with the team to assign work to scaffolding crews
• To motivate and guide the workforce
• To make sure safety standards are not only met but exceeded
• Read and Interpret Scaffold Designs and Technical Drawings
• Create and Amend Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Produce material take off''s from drawings, then also manage material requests from yard to sites
• Deal directly with multiple clients and manage client schedules and programming
• Attend client pre-start and ongoing progress meetings

Desirable:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role,
• SMSTS, SSSTS or equivalent
• Advanced Scaffold Inspection
• Temporary Works Co-ordinator Trained / Temporary Works Supervisor
• IOSH Managing Safely / Construction Health and Safety understanding
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility
• Computer Literate
• Proven track record of problem solving and being able to adapt to a fast past environment

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience. We can consider candidates on a permanent or temporary to permanent basis.
