Contracts Specialist

A leading subsea and ROV-focused organisation within the energy sector is seeking a Contracts Advisor/Contracts Specialist to support the effective management of commercial agreements across its UK operations. This role sits within the commercial function and works closely with the Commercial Manager, providing hands-on support across contract review, negotiation, and administration.You''ll play a key part in ensuring contractual compliance, managing risk, and enabling safe, efficient project delivery across a diverse operational portfolio.What you''ll be doingReviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts and supporting documentationAdvising operational and commercial teams on contractual obligations, risk exposure, and compliance requirementsSupporting tendering activity, including qualification of terms and identification of commercial risksManaging contract administration throughout the project lifecycleWorking with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between commercial, operational, and legal requirementsSupporting continuous improvement in contract governance and commercial processesWhat you''ll bringA degree in Business, Procurement and Supply Chain, Law or a similar relevant qualificationExperience in a contracts or commercial role, ideally within offshore, energy, or subsea environmentsStrong understanding of contract terms, risk management, and compliance frameworksExperience working with the LOGIC suite of contractsExcellent attention ..... full job details .....
