Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager An established and growing specialist construction contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager to join its senior leadership team. Operating across a range of new build construction projects, this role will suit an ambitious individual looking to take ownership of multiple sites, lead project teams and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful business. Applicants should have a strong background working for a main contractor and a proven track record delivering new build projects from inception through to completion. Responsibilities Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously Manage Site Managers and project delivery teams Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Build and maintain strong client relationships Monitor programme performance and resource requirements Support commercial teams with project reporting and cost control Drive quality standards across all projects Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management Identify and manage project risks Contribute to business growth and operational improvements Requirements Experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager within the construction sector Main contractor background is essential Proven experience delivering new build projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders ..... full job details .....
