Ideally they''ll be looking for this candidate to start later this summer. This is a business that focuses on delivering commercial roofing and cladding packages across the UK, working alongside main contractors and developers on a range of projects. They ve built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and attention to detail, and a lot of their work comes through repeat business and referrals. The role itself sits in a sweet spot where you won''t just be overseeing the one job - you''ll be responsible for multiple projects at different sites, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and the commercial function to keep things moving.You''ll be taking ownership of several live cladding and roofing projects across the North West and further afield. You''ll be responsible for making sure they''re delivered safely, on time, and in budget.
