Work location:- Primarily London, with approximately 10% of projects in the Home Counties. Responsible for:- Leading the operations function of our drylining division The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. CANDIDATES APPLYING MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DRYLINING. Duties Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts related to construction projects and other organisational initiatives. Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts from inception through to completion, ensuring all terms are met and risks are mitigated.
