Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager Groundworks We are working on behalf of an established construction company who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the groundworks and civil engineering package on a major industrial development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard. Key responsibilities: Manage the groundworks package and site teams. Oversee earthworks, drainage, utilities, foundations, roads and external works. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, labour and plant. Monitor programmes, costs, quality and health and safety. Liaise with clients, consultants and principal contractors. Manage variations, commercial issues and project risks. About you: Proven Contracts Manager experience within groundworks/civil engineering. Experience on large-scale industrial, commercial or logistics developments. Strong commercial, programme and people-management skills. SMSTS/CSCS Full UK driving licence. ..... full job details .....
