Based in Banbury, the role will ensure that multiple contracts are delivered safely, profitably, on programme and to the required quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of industrial roofing, refurbishment, construction and building improvement contracts from award to completion. Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, surveys, programmes and commercial requirements before mobilisation. Develop project delivery plans, construction programmes, procurement schedules and resource requirements. Coordinate site managers, supervisors, operatives, subcontractors, designers, suppliers and specialist consultants.
