Contracts Manager - Brickwork and Masonry An established and growing specialist masonry contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its senior leadership team. Working with leading main contractors on a range of new build projects, you''ll oversee multiple brickwork and masonry packages, lead project teams and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful business with a strong pipeline of work. This opportunity would suit an experienced Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a strong understanding of brickwork and masonry construction who is looking for a long-term career move with genuine progression prospects. The Role Oversee multiple live projects across the Wales and the West Manage Site Managers and project delivery teams Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Monitor programme performance and resource requirements Support commercial reporting and cost control Drive quality standards across all projects Identify and manage project risks Contribute to operational improvements and future business growth The Person Experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager within the construction sector Strong understanding of brickwork and masonry packages Proven track record delivering new build construction projects Main contractor or specialist subcontractor background considered Strong ..... full job details .....
