Permanent Vacancy - Contracts ManagerLocation: Predominantly home-based with monthly team meetings in BedfordDuration: PermanentHours: Part time, 25 hours per weekSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 FTE (pro rata for 25 hours)You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring they are commercially sound, compliant and efficiently managed.You will act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, suppliers and customers, supporting a high volume of contract activity (c. 4,000 per year) within a structured framework environment. Key responsibilities will include:Managing and maintaining a suite of contract templates, frameworks and associated documentationDrafting and reviewing contracts, ITTs and schedules in line with legal and procurement requirementsActing as the first point of contact for contractual queries and providing practical, commercially focused adviceSupporting the sales team in structuring contracts aligned to framework rulesEnsuring compliance with procurement legislation and maintaining audit-ready documentationManaging contract variation, risk and approvals, working closely with legal where requiredMaintaining an accurate contracts library, including renewals, version control and key milestonesFacilitating resolution of contractual issues between stakeholdersContributing to continuous improvement of contract processes and documentationYou will ideally bring:Experience in contracts, procurement or commercial rolesStrong ..... full job details .....
