This is a high-impact commercial role shaping how pricing, contracting and payor relationships are managed across a diverse portfolio.The role offers hybrid working and an impressive benefits package, including a10% bonus.Responsibilities:Developing pricing strategy across key payor groups, ensuring competitiveness, sustainability and commercial clarityOwning insurer relationships as a primary commercial contact for pricing, contracting and billing discussionsSupporting negotiations using strong financial insight and market awarenessBuilding and maintaining pricing models to inform forecasting and long-term decision-makingPartnering with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and OperationsResolving payor pricing queries and ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong ongoing relationshipsIdentifying growth opportunities across revenue, competitiveness and patient valueRequirements:Experience in pricing, finance or commercial roles (private healthcare highly preferred)Confident negotiator with the ability to lead external discussionsStrong analytical capability and comfort working with financial modelsExcellent communication skills, able to simplify complex informationStakeholder-savvy, proactive and process-improvement ..... full job details .....
