Contracts Manager - AMP8 Water Framework South East (Kent, Sussex and Hampshire) Rate: £400 - £450 per dayExpenses Paid Sector: Water / Utilities (AMP8 Framework) An established water industry contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of AMP8 framework works across the South East. This role sits within a major water programme and will involve the management of several concurrent projects, typically valued around £1m per scheme. This is a key commercial and delivery-focused position, working closely with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful framework performance. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the commercial and contractual performance of AMP8 projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with framework obligations. Key duties include: Leading the commercial and contractual management of AMP8 water projects Overseeing multiple live projects across the region Managing subcontractor performance, variations, and change control Monitoring risk, cost, and programme to ensure successful delivery Acting as a key point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts, health and safety standards, and framework requirements Providing commercial support and guidance to project and site teams About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 10 years'' experience in a Contracts Manager or ..... full job details .....
