Contracts Manager (Top Company)

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established Property Maintenance company with the recruitment of a Contracts Manager.Permanent position. This role will be based in Lanarkshire, covering reactive maintenance and refurbishment projects across the region.Working Hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm)Salary - £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)Benefits - Company fuel card and car allowance providedKey ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of reactive maintenance and refurbishment projects across the public sector.Oversee works across multiple sites.Plan, programme and coordinate planned and responsive maintenance works.Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard.Liaise with clients to ensure essential facilities remain fully operational.Monitor project progress, budgets and timescales.Inspect works and maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with health and safety requirements.Support the development and progression of site-based staff.Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Contracts Manager, Site Supervisor, Site Manager or in a comparable construction or maintenance role or FM role.Previous experience within reactive maintenance, refurbishment or property maintenance.Strong background in Joinery and General Trades.SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.Experience managing works across multiple sites.Strong ..... full job details .....
