Project Manager - Heritage ConstructionLocation: Office based in Greater ManchesterSalary: £48,000 - £55,000 + Package (DOE)Sector: Heritage, Conservation and RefurbishmentInterview Dates: Week Commencing 12th OctoberThe OpportunityOur client is a specialist contractor delivering a range of heritage, conservation, restoration and refurbishment projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can bring genuine construction expertise to the business and provide valuable support to the Construction Director and wider operational team.The client is looking for an established construction professional capable of taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, alleviating pressure on senior leadership and driving successful project outcomes.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing multiple construction and heritage projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams, whilst maintaining full oversight of commercial, operational and programme performance.Key Responsibilities Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.Manage project programmes, budgets and resource allocation.Oversee subcontractor procurement and supply chain management.Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.Ensure projects ..... full job details .....
