This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires an individual capable of managing projects and contracts from initial enquiry through to successful completion. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting site surveys, preparing quotations, presenting solutions to clients, securing orders and overseeing delivery through both in-house engineers and specialist subcontractors. The role is heavily focused on mechanical and HVAC works, although a broader FM and building services understanding would be highly advantageous.
