GBP60,000-GBP65,000 and Car Allowance and Healthcare and PensionMy client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a GBP6.5M new-build medical centre project. The candidate will split their time between the office and the site.

ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end delivery of a new-build medical centreConduct client meetings and provide weekly reportsApply deep construction knowledge to resolve on-site challengesEnsure quality, safety, and budget adherence across all builds
