Due to continued growth and an upcoming vacancy within the team, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects while playing a key role in tender and bid activities.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both operational delivery and pre-construction involvement, with the chance to work on refurbishment, fit-out, decarbonisation and public sector framework projects.The RoleReporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you will take responsibility for managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programmes, quality, health and safety and commercial objectives are achieved.You will also support the bid and pre-construction teams by reviewing opportunities, developing methodologies and programmes, and contributing to successful tender submissions.Key Responsibilities Managing multiple construction projects across the North of England ..... full job details .....
