You will be working with a well-established and highly successful main contractor who specialise in design, build, refurbishment and refit within the commercial sector - Their clients include branded hotels, restaurants and Bars across the UK As Contracts Manager you we be overseeing a number of new build and refurbishment hotel projects in the South West, with each project due to run up to 22 weeks. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential you have a minimum of three years experience as a Tier 1 Contracts Manager. As Contracts Manager you will oversee each project from the very beginning up until handover to the client.
