The role centres on managing high-profile façade, compartmentalisation, passive fire-stopping, and structural remediation projects on occupied residential buildings, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, maintaining exceptional resident communication, and delivering works safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
