TEAM, Inc.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Review and revise standard and non-standard contract terms and conditions and agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements for the regionResponsible for negotiating contracts with customers in line with company standards and guidelines.Provide legal support services to Operations and Sales teams to mitigate risks and maximise benefits for TEAM through all contracts and agreementsAnalysis of contract customer data to support Operations and Sales in up-selling Products and Services to maximise contract potential.Responsible for maintaining, organising, and tracking contracts through approval process.Responsible for pro-actively managing TEAM’s contracts lifecycle management from submission to execution and storage.Compile information to prepare periodic and strategic reports and maintain contract database.Prepare documents and obtain authorised signatures for negotiated contracts.Work closely with the Corporate legal department to enforce legal policies.Collaborates with Eastern Hemisphere Commercial Team to expedite time-sensitive reviews, contracts, bids, or proposals.Develops and maintains reporting capability on contract lifecycle management workflow transactions and repository as required. This could include cycle times, submission rates, reporting requirements, or other data points designed to improve business process efficiencyResponsible for managing and co-ordinating contract bid proposals and tenders across the region.To be flexible and carry out any duties within your skills and capabilities.Liaise with customers in an approachable, friendly, and helpful manner with thorough follow-up to establish good working relationships and promote healthy communications and feedback between parties.Actively promote the Core Values within all work-based activities.

Skills And Knowledge Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganised with an ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlinesMust be a strong team player with a proactive, meticulous and enthusiastic approachHigh level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and WordHigh level of reading comprehension, including legal documentsExceptional understanding of legal principles and genuine interest in commercial, legal or business fieldsQualified with a degree in a relevant discipline and previous experience working in a similar role is requiredParalegal or Contract Administration certification preferred.
