Contracts Manager

Due to it''s continued success with the award of a number of new projects and frameworks, our client, a well respected regional contractor, is looking to augment it''s management team with the appointment of a contracts manager.

With a proven track record gained working on projects in the building sector, values between -500k to -8m. Projects are generally in the Healthcare, Education, Blue Light and Commercial sectors.

Experience of managing multi site operations, instilling a culture of H&S on sites. understanding of programmes and quality systems is essential.

The work is NW based with the odd exception for certain, favoured clients. This contractor prides itself on their commitment to their employees.-
