The organisation delivers commercial and high-security solutions across a broad range of sectors, including infrastructure, industrial environments and secure facilities. The business has developed a strong reputation for delivering technically complex projects to a high standard and maintains long-standing relationships with both principal contractors and end clients. Typical package sizes vary from 100k-500k, including groundworks, fencing, hoarding and temporary works.Your new role As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects from contract award through to completion. This is a hands-on position requiring close coordination between clients, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities will include:Managing multiple projects simultaneously across various sitesActing as the primary point of contact for principal contractors and clientsCoordinating labour, materials and subcontractorsEnsuring all works comply with health and safety regulations and site requirementsMonitoring project progress, programme and associated costsConducting regular site visits and overseeing quality of installationManaging variations, valuations and the commercial aspects of ..... full job details .....
