Contracts Manager - Responsive Repairs and VoidsLocation: Yeovil (Hybrid) Salary: Up to 55,000 + Company Car or 450 Car Allowance Contract: Permanent Full-TimeAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a busy Social Housing Responsive Repairs and Voids contract across a portfolio of retirement living and supported housing properties.We''re looking for someone with a strong background in social housing responsive maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and has a proven ability to drive performance, improve KPIs, and lead teams through periods of change.This is a key leadership role with responsibility for a contract valued at approximately 3-5 million, overseeing responsive repairs, voids, operational performance, commercial awareness, and service delivery.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will:Lead the day-to-day delivery of a high-volume responsive repairs and voids contract.Manage and support a team of four Responsive Repairs and Voids Supervisors.Drive improvements in work-in-progress (WIP) performance and overall contract delivery.Work closely with commercial teams to ensure financial and operational targets are achieved.Oversee approximately 65 responsive repair jobs per day and around 12 void properties per week.Build strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and direct labour.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, CDM regulations, and company ..... full job details .....
