 Islington, Poplar, Luton & Wembley (Multi-Site Role)
 Salary: Up to £100,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of facade works across four live projects located in Islington, Poplar, Luton, and Wembley.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic business delivering high-quality external envelope solutions across multiple high-profile sites.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the management and coordination of façade packages across all four projects, ensuring delivery is achieved on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, providing leadership and ensuring consistent performance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple live projects simultaneously across London and surrounding areas
• Manage site teams, Project Managers, and subcontractors
• Ensure programme targets and budgets are met
• Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications
• Liaise regularly with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive productivity and efficiency across all projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within façade/external envelope works
• Strong track record managing multiple live construction projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively
• Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
• Ability to travel between sites in Islington, Poplar, Luton, and Wembley
