Job Title: Contracts Manager - Roofing and CladdingLocation: South Wales (Office-Based) + Travel to Sites Across South West and MidlandsStart Date: ImmediateEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: Competitive + Company Vehicle + Progression OpportunitiesWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing roofing and cladding contractor who is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. Based out of the company''s South Wales office, you will be responsible for managing multiple live projects (typically 4-5 sites) across a wide geographical area - including Birmingham, Swindon, Cardiff, and locations throughout the South West of England.This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with solid experience in roofing and cladding to take on a key role in the business, with real scope for career progression.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple live roofing and cladding projects from pre-start to handover

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across various locations

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Conduct site visits, inspections, and client progress meetings

Coordinate with internal departments and report to senior management

Ensure health and safety, quality control, and compliance standards are upheld

Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in roofing and cladding

Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems (flat, pitched, metal, etc.) and cladding installation

Ability to manage multiple sites effectively across a large region

Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills

Full UK driving licence - company vehicle provided

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred)
