You will work closely with the company Directors, supervise operatives on site, liaise with clients and contractors, and manage all aspects of contract delivery and performance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with company Directors to ensure all project deliverables are metOversee and maintain Health and Safety standards on-siteSupport in setting up sites for new projectsEnsure site activities are carried out in full compliance with approved Method Statements and Risk AssessmentsConduct quality control inspections to ensure work aligns with manufacturer specifications and drawingsRepresent the company in meetings with clients and main contractorsSupervise on-site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to required standardsComplete and submit accurate weekly site reports and surveysOrganise and manage timely delivery of materials to siteMaintain clear and professional communication between the site and clientsProactively resolve site issues, ensuring transparent communication and prompt actionMonitor on-site material usage ..... full job details .....
