About the ClientOur Client is a respected and expanding roofing contractor known for delivering high-quality flat roofing solutions, particularly in the public sector, education, and refurbishment sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their operations team and lead multiple projects across the Essex/South East region.Roles/ResponsibilitiesOversee 6 8 concurrent roofing projects, valued between £50K £2M (average £500K)Ensure timely, safe, and budget-compliant project deliveryCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staffAttend project meetings, including pre-starts, progress updates, and handoversEnforce health and safety compliance, RAMS, and site documentation standardsWork closely with the commercial team on budgeting, variations, and schedulingMaintain strong client and consultant communication throughout the project lifecycleConduct regular site visits to assess quality and progressQualificationsProven track record in flat roofing contract management (excluding single-ply systems)Knowledge of bitumen felt, liquid-applied, or hot melt systemsStrong organisational and communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple sites and varying contract sizesFull UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across Essex/South EastSolid understanding of health and safety regulations and site complianceBenefitsCompetitive salary (DOE)Company car or vanPension contributionsLong-term opportunity with a secure ..... full job details .....
