Contracts Manager - Roofing

Role Overview The Operations Manager will work closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and internal management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required standards. The role will involve overseeing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and materials, reviewing project requirements and ensuring health, safety and quality standards are maintained throughout each project. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the project team to develop a clear understanding of project strategy, objectives and requirements. Review and analyse project and contract documentation to ensure a thorough understanding of scope, specifications and requirements. Oversee projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered in line with agreed specifications and programmes. Attend pre-start meetings, site meetings and project meetings with clients and project teams. Assess works through surveys and site visits, identifying requirements and potential issues. Prepare, compile and regularly update project reports, method statements, RAMS and programme updates. Liaise with site teams and clients to communicate project requirements and provide updates to the management team. Ensure all HSE guidelines, company procedures and site rules are followed by supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.
