You will be comfortable managing industrial fit out and refurbishment projects, keeping a close eye on programme, quality, cost and the people delivering the work. Ideally, you will already have experience within industrial environments. If your background is more broadly within commercial fit out and refurbishment, that could still work, providing you have managed multiple projects concurrently and understand the commercial side of delivering them. You will need to be within a sensible daily commute of Cannock as you will be working as part of the team based from their office there. The salary is £60,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus car allowance and annual bonus. Your experience You will need previous experience working as a Contracts Manager within construction, ideally delivering industrial fit out and refurbishment projects. Experience managing several live projects at the same time is important.
