About youYou are an experienced Contracts Manager who is comfortable taking responsibility for multiple projects and keeping everything moving from start to finish.You have probably managed projects in the £5m to £7m range and enjoy having plenty of responsibility rather than being micromanaged. Experience in industrial or commercial fit out would be ideal.More importantly, you are driven. You are looking for a role where there is a genuine opportunity to progress, rather than simply taking another Contracts Manager position and doing the same thing for the next few years.If becoming a Senior Contracts Manager within the next 12 to 18 months is something that would interest you, this could be worth a conversation.Your experienceYou will need solid experience as a Contracts Manager within construction, ideally with a background in industrial or commercial fit out.You will have experience managing multiple projects at the same time, with project values of around £5m to £7m. You will be confident managing programmes, subcontractors, commercial performance, health and safety, quality and client relationships.You will also understand what is required to run projects properly and have the confidence to make decisions when things do not go exactly to plan.The key thing is that you are ambitious and want to progress.
