You will be joining an established principal contractor where you can manage your own projects from the initial tender through to completion, with responsibility for the commercial performance, programme, quality and health and safety. The role offers a salary of £60,000 to £65,000, plus a car allowance and annual bonus. You can be based in either the West Midlands or the North West, giving you some flexibility over where you work from. Your experience You will ideally have experience as a Contracts Manager within a principal contracting environment, delivering refurbishment and fit out projects. Experience working in education is particularly important, especially if you have delivered projects in live school, college or university environments where work needs to be carefully planned around term dates and holiday periods.
