You have probably managed projects in the £5m to £7m range and enjoy having plenty of responsibility rather than being micromanaged. Experience in industrial or commercial fit out would be ideal. More importantly, you are driven. You are looking for a role where there is a genuine opportunity to progress, rather than simply taking another Contracts Manager position and doing the same thing for the next few years. If becoming a Senior Contracts Manager within the next 12 to 18 months is something that would interest you, this could be worth a conversation.
