Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a main contracting background looking for the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of an ambitious construction business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing main contractor at an exciting stage of its development. The business has grown substantially in recent years and is now looking to build the foundations of a strong team to support its next phase of growth.

The company delivers main contracting and refurbishment projects across London and the surrounding areas, with expertise across areas including roofing, fireproofing, decorating, carpentry, masonry and fa-ade works. The business takes a hands-on approach to project delivery, with Contracts Managers involved in everything from managing sites and subcontractors through to measuring, ordering and planning.

As Contracts Manager, you will work closely with the Directors and Project Managers to manage multiple projects while helping to develop the wider business. This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to be involved, take ownership and have a genuine influence on how the company grows.

This role would suit an ambitious Contracts Manager who is hungry for progression and wants to be part of building something long term. As the business continues to grow, there is genuine opportunity to progress into more senior positions and be financially rewarded for the success of the company.

The Role:
* Managing multiple main contracting and refurbishment projects across London and the M25
* Managing subcontractors, Project Managers and site teams
* Planning projects, carrying out site visits and supporting measuring and ordering

The Person:

* Experienced Contracts Manager with a main contracting background
* Strong construction knowledge, ideally with refurbishment, roofing, fireproofing or fa-ade experience
* Ambitious, hungry and keen to play a key role in growing a business
* Organised, personable and a strong communicator
