This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager or experienced Project/Site Manager to join a growing specialist roofing contractor with a strong pipeline of repeat work across the West Midlands. You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day delivery of projects while working closely with the Directors and having genuine ownership over your workload.

The business delivers roofing projects across the new build housing and refurbishment sectors, working with a loyal team and established client base across the West Midlands. With the company looking to grow and diversify, you will have the opportunity to take control of projects, manage site teams and work directly with the Directors rather than being restricted by a traditional corporate structure.

You will oversee projects from planning through to completion, coordinating labour, materials, programmes and site teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and Site Managers. Working closely with the Directors, you will have the freedom to manage your own time and develop your role as the business continues to grow.

This role would suit an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a long-term opportunity within roofing, or a Roofing Site/Project Manager who is ready for greater responsibility and personal development. Candidates from other construction backgrounds will also be considered if they have strong management experience and the right attitude to learn the roofing side of the business.

The Role:

* Managing multiple roofing projects across the West Midlands
* Coordinating labour, Site Managers, materials and project programmes
* Carrying out site inspections and maintaining strong client relationships
* Taking ownership of project delivery, workload and day-to-day operations

The Person:

* Contracts, Project or Site Management experience within construction
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Able to work independently and take genuine ownership of projects
