Their projects span supermarkets, convenience stores and caf environments, often delivered within live trading settings and fast-track programmes.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects nationwide.The RoleYou will take full responsibility for the delivery of several retail fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to an exceptional standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple live retail fit-out projectsLead Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliersPlan and manage programmes, resources and site phasingMaintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsOversee Health and Safety compliance across all sitesReview RAMS, drawings, progress reports and logistics plansDrive quality control and snag-free handoversSupport commercial activities including valuations and variationsAbout YouProven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager in retail fit-outStrong understanding of live trading environmentsExcellent leadership, communication and organisational skillsSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifiedFull UK driving licence and ..... full job details .....
