The initial focus will be the delivery of a single, high-spec £5M new build home for a private client. From there, the role will develop into a multi-site contracts management position, giving you exposure to a range of impressive schemes within the business''s portfolio.Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of high-quality residential projects from inception to completionManage all contractual and commercial aspects of projectsOversee multiple project teams and ensure adherence to programme, budget, and quality standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with private clients, consultants, and subcontractorsEnsure health, safety, and compliance standards are rigorously maintainedAbout You
