Specialising exclusively in the prime residential sector, the business delivers bespoke new build and refurbishment projects for high-net-worth private clients. Typical project values range from -1m to -4m , with a reputation built on exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and long-standing client relationships. This is not a traditional Contracts Manager role. The business is open to speaking with experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors who are looking to step into a broader position with responsibility for both the commercial and operational performance of multiple projects.
