Due to significant growth and an increase in workload, they are seeking an Experienced Contracts Manager with a strong technical background and proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing small to large contracts within the Passive Fire Protection sector, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, building strong client relationships, and supporting the development of a high-performing team. The position requires flexibility to travel across the UK (50%-75% of the time) while maintaining a strong presence in the office for planning and coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and safety standards.Oversee day-to-day delivery of projects in a safe, timely, and profitable manner.Estimate and quantify works accurately.Embed yourself within client delivery teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Build, develop, and support the operational team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.Provide ..... full job details .....
