We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estates Contracts Manager to join a growing and dynamic organisation operating across multiple sites in the Greater Manchester area.This is a key role within the central operations team, responsible for managing estates-related contracts, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective services across a diverse property portfolio.You will play a vital role in overseeing contractor performance, supporting procurement processes, and contributing to long-term estates planning and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesContracts and Supplier ManagementManage the full lifecycle of estates contracts, from procurement through to renewalMonitor contractor performance against KPIs and service level agreementsEnsure compliance with contractual, legal, health and safety, and safeguarding standardsResolve performance issues, disputes, and non-compliancePlanned Maintenance and ComplianceDevelop and oversee a risk-based Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmeEnsure all statutory compliance requirements are met across all sitesUse asset and compliance data to inform lifecycle planning and capital investmentProcurement and Financial OversightSupport tendering, evaluation, and contract mobilisation processesMonitor expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure value for money across all centrally managed contractsStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with senior leadership, site teams, ..... full job details .....
