With a strong reputation for quality, reliability and client service, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and help drive the continued growth of the business. The Role : As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and final account. You will work closely with site teams, clients, subcontractors and senior management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced SME environment and can confidently manage both operational and commercial aspects of construction delivery.
