Contracts Manager Location: Projects in London and around M25 Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Benefits About the Company Our client is a leading specialist main contractor delivering façade, cladding, remediation and building safety projects across the UK. Working with housing providers, local authorities and developers. They have established a reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment and compliance-led schemes that improve building performance, energy efficiency and resident safety. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects across their portfolio. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for a number of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, commercial teams and site-based management, you will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Contracts Manager or a Senior Project Manager looking to step into a broader leadership role within a growing and highly respected contractor.
