They are ideally suited for construction works from planned maintenance to -7.5 million new build, refurbishment or fit out works.     The Role   our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.  The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects, including Grade II listed buildings, cut and carve refurbishments, and healthcare schemes, with project values typically ranging from -300,000 to -2 million.
